The process typically begins with a complimentary 15-minute consultation where we discuss your needs and your organization. After this initial meeting, we provide an intake form to collect more detailed information about your goals, priorities, and organizational requirements. Based on this, we work together to determine the best pathway forward regarding services, pricing, and the working relationship.

Pricing is based on packages for services or an hourly rate, which varies depending on the type of service or deliverable needed. Typically, we provide an estimate of the hours required before starting any work. For services requiring additional support, such as additional rounds of edits, quick-turn projects, or post-submission assistance, a prorated hourly charge may apply.

Our ability to provide ongoing support may be impacted by factors such as workload, availability, and the scope of the project. We strive to deliver the highest quality services, but it is important to understand that these factors can sometimes affect the level of support we can provide, particularly during peak periods or on larger, more complex projects. Conethic recommends that clients notify us of any pending projects at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
